Each of these wonderful tree spirits & carved canes have a personality all their own. They are made from a forest pine knot and when I carve them it seems as though they are already in there, I am just releasing them from the wood. After carving the tree spirits, I heat them to release the sap in the wood and cure the sap to produce the most natural finish available in nature. For the Canes I use a Natural Satin Poly Finish for durability. Each one has his own unique
expression and I have numbered, dated & signed each one in this
limited edition series. They are all one-of-a-kind!

This Cane already had a knot hole right at his mouth and a bump above it, which I made the perfect nose. I like to think he is singing! This cane was also twisted by a vine as it grew. A very sturdy cane with a rubber screw-on tip, and a leather strap. He measures, 1-1/2"r x 50"h
